You become a remote land agent, which means you will work remotely on behalf of Hopeline Company Limited. If a buyer is interested in purchasing land in your specified location, you will act as our eyes on the ground.
- Go to sites to confirm land details and availability.
- Monitor land history, usage, and ownership verification.
- Post-sale management: clearing bushes, leveling ground, waste removal, fencing, and planting shade/fruit trees.
Contracts range from 1 week to 12 months based on work done. You will be paid according to task completion and contract duration. Payments start from $10 per working day and are transferred upon receipt of video/photo evidence of work.
